What is a Good PCB Stackup for 2- and 4-Layer Boards

When designing a printed circuit board (PCB), there are many options for core, prepreg, and copper materials and thicknesses. The table below provides a guideline for common materials and thicknesses for both 2- and 4-layer PCBs.


Note: Standard PCBs are nominally 1.60 mm thick.
